The finalists for the 2026 Benelux Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPAs) have been announced, shining a spotlight on the people, organisations and innovations helping to shape the future of security.

The Benelux OSPAs recognise exceptional performance across the security sector, celebrating those whose achievements are helping to raise professional standards, drive innovation and make a meaningful contribution to the industry.

Now in their latest chapter, the Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPAs) continue to provide an independent and inclusive platform for recognising excellence across the entire security community. From security professionals and organisations to suppliers and buyers, the awards celebrate outstanding achievement wherever it takes place across the sector.

The OSPAs are built around strong ethical principles and are supported by leading industry bodies and special interest groups. Supporting organisations nominate judges to contribute their expertise, experience and diverse perspectives to the judging process. This year’s supporting organisations include Arxia, ASIS Benelux, Criminologists Association for Private Security, Private Security Association and VBA.

From Benelux to The Global Stage

For this year’s winners, the opportunity does not end with the Benelux OSPAs.

Building on the success of last year’s awards, winners in all 2026 Benelux OSPAs categories, with the exception of the Lifetime Achievement Award, will automatically qualify for the 2026 Global OSPAs, taking place at the beginning of 2027.

This gives Benelux’s successful winners the opportunity to showcase their achievements on an international stage and compete for global recognition alongside outstanding security performers from around the world.

The recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award will receive an additional and lasting honour, with their contribution to the security profession recognised through induction into the Security Hall of Fame.

With the finalists now announced, attention turns to 11 November, when the 2026 Benelux OSPAs winners will finally be revealed.
